REBECCA BRANCATO BARRAGAN graduated with honors from Oklahoma City University where she received a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Performance. Later moving to New York City, Rebecca danced professionally with a rhythm dance company and taught tap at numerous studios in both New York and New Jersey.
Upon her move to Los Angeles, Rebecca landed a role in the European tour of West Side Story, performing in over forty cities including Milan, Munich and Paris. She also toured the United States, performing with the Broadway National Tour of West Side Story in the roles of Anita and Francisca.
In California, Rebecca has taught in Santa Monica, Malibu and Pales Verdes, and performed as a tap percussion soloist with Kenny Loggins. She joins Ballet Conservatory West as a tap teacher for beginner, intermediate and advanced level students.
